The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Head of Capital Projects for a public sector organisation in London.
Accountabilities:
- Work collaboratively across this organisation’s property and estates team.
- Responsible for delivering capital projects ranging in value to include building fabric, extensions, adaptation, remediation works, refurbishments, maintenance and construction programmes.
- Liaison with external contractors, architects and design consultants.
- Ensuring projects and programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
- Responsible for leading this organisation's capital projects team.
- Management of budgets and cost control, project and programme governance and procurement of contracts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ideally MRICS or MCIOB or working towards.
- Proven experience in a capital projects leadership position in the public sector.
- Available to start at short notice.
