The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 Β£ per year.
We are supporting a large public sector organisation with the appointment of an Interim Head of Contracts to support a significant transformation of its Hard FM service model across a complex operational estate.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Supporting the mobilisation of a major Hard FM contract
- Developing and implementing KPIs and SLAs
- Contract and commercial management
- Supplier performance and relationship management
- Establishing robust contract governance and reporting frameworks
- Monitoring service performance and identifying areas for improvement
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FM contract management, supplier performance, mobilisation and KPI/SLA development, ideally gained within a complex estate or public sector environment.

Contract: Interim, minimum 3 months
Rate: c. Β£300 per day
