MRG is seeking an Interim Business Support Coordinator for a well-regarded housing association in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional with significant experience supporting Boards, Committees and senior leadership teams within a regulated environment.
The Role
- Coordinating Board, Committee and Executive meetings
- Preparing, collating and distributing meeting papers and agendas
- Producing accurate minutes and tracking actions to completion
- Maintaining governance records and statutory documentation
- Supporting compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
- Managing stakeholder communications with Board Members and Executive Directors
- Ensuring governance processes are delivered efficiently and in line with best practice
- Providing general business support across corporate services functions
About You
- Previous experience supporting Boards and Committees within a housing association, local authority, regulated organisation or similar environment
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and governance compliance requirements
- Experience preparing Board papers, agendas and high-quality minutes
- Excellent organisational and diary management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
