Job Title

Interim Building Surveyor – 3‑6 months, Immediate start.

Responsibility

• Conduct residential property surveys
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Address damp and mould issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in building surveying within social housing
• Strong knowledge of repairs, damp and mould diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly
• MCIOB, MRICS qualified or working towards
