We are supporting a large public sector organisation with an Interim AD Maintenance for c.6 months whilst they make a permanent appointment. The role would cover all aspects of Hard FM delivery including all planned and reactive maintenance in addition to lifecycle works and refurbishments.

One of the key projects will be re-tendering and rationalising their external supply chain so extensive experience in contract management and letting contracts in a client-side/end user capacity will be essential.

It is a varied estate with buildings ranging from art deco and Victorian age through to new builds and modern developments. It will start end of May/early June for c.6 months so if you would like to be considered, please email us and we can schedule an exploratory discussion.
