We are seeking an experienced property professional to lead the commercial and operational performance of a large, high-profile estate. Working across property management, lease management, service charge governance and stakeholder engagement, you will play a key role in safeguarding asset value while delivering an exceptional occupier experience.
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute RICS‑qualified surveyor (or equivalent) with significant experience managing complex, multi‑let assets. You will be confident interpreting leases, leading governance and compliance, managing service charge budgets and building strong relationships with occupiers, investors and professional advisers.
