Are you a senior marketing and communications professional with a technical edge? This is a rare opportunity to lead the marketing strategy for a respected UK construction and engineering business delivering some of the industry’s most complex and high-profile projects.
The organisation operates across critical infrastructure, industrial services, and specialist construction. Known for technical excellence and a collaborative culture, the business is now investing in a refreshed marketing and communications approach—led by a senior strategic hire.
The successful candidate will shape how the organisation communicates its work to the market—ensuring technical accuracy, strategic clarity, and consistency across all touchpoints. Much of the campaign delivery (social, video, awards) will sit with an external agency, giving this role clear focus on messaging, direction, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.
You’ll work directly with the executive team and lead on:
- Translating complex technical project detail into compelling B2B content
- Leading brand consistency and evolution across channels
- Identifying the right platforms and trade publications to increase visibility
- Managing internal communications to align teams and culture
- Overseeing marketing strategy, agency performance, and budget
