Head of Internal Recruitment

Real Estate Advisory | London-based with hybrid working

Lead the evolution of talent acquisition for a dynamic, growth-focused real estate business.

This is a unique opportunity to head up internal recruitment for a respected, independent real estate advisory firm with a strong presence across commercial, technical, and consultancy services. As Head of Internal Recruitment, you’ll oversee a well-established embedded RPO model, managing permanent hiring across the UK and Europe and playing a pivotal role in shaping how the business attracts and retains top-tier talent.

A people-first culture with a reputation for quality and integrity.

You’ll lead a small internal delivery team and work closely with HR and senior leadership to define hiring plans and workforce strategy. From fee-earning roles to operational and support functions, your team will manage full lifecycle recruitment across all areas of the business.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role – focused on enhancing processes, systems, and candidate experience, while also supporting DE&I, early careers, and employer branding. You’ll bring structure, insight, and energy to a function that has grown organically and is now ready for its next phase of evolution.

We’re looking for an experienced recruitment leader with a proven track record in agency delivery.

You’ll bring credibility, pace, and a consultative mindset – someone who can influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders while driving best practice across the hiring journey. Experience in professional services, real estate, construction or consultancy sectors is beneficial, but your ability to lead with purpose and deliver quality outcomes is what matters most.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape recruitment in a business that values its people, its culture, and its continued growth.
