Our client is one of the largest real estate firms globally, with billion-dollar projects in the pipeline. We are seeking highly experienced individuals to join a major Multi-Billion-dollar infrastructure program in Riyadh. They will lead the strategic oversight, standardization, and continuous improvement of development governance processes across the firm. This role ensures alignment with corporate objectives, enhances operational efficiency, and fosters cross-functional collaboration, ensuring best practices in development and improvement in Stage Gate processes, policy development and procedures, and governance frameworks.
The role supports the CDU and acts as a critical partner to the Development Business Units (BUs) by providing clear guidelines, templates, and frameworks to empower their deliverables and overall project governance.
Key Requirement:- 12+ years of experience in Development real estate/large-scale mixed-use projects, with proven expertise in Development Management and Construction policies, processes and governance frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of land planning, asset development, and cross-functional collaboration within large-scale development projects.
- Experience working with document control systems, workflow tools (e.g., Aconex, Unifier), data analysis tools and knowledge management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
