We are delighted to be supporting one of the largest education providers in Hampshire recruit an Interim Business Administration Manager for a period of 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to support an exciting transformation programme shaping best practice and supporting a culture of excellence.
About You
We are seeking an organised and proactive professional with a strong background in business support and resource planning. You thrive in complex fast-paced environments and have a proven ability to coordinate projects, improve processes, and engage stakeholders effectively. Your communication skills enable you to influence positive change, and you are confident using digital tools such as Office365 to enhance efficiency. A collaborative approach and attention to detail are essential, as you will play a key role in shaping best practice and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
The Role
As Interim E&F Business Support Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating and supporting the delivery of the Estates and Facilities Transformation Programme. Working closely with the Office Manager, you will help implement new structures, establish effective resource planning frameworks, and review skills and capabilities to produce a training needs analysis and development plan. You will lead improvements in working practices and processes, including the use of Office365 and digital tools, and support governance and secretariat services, project administration, and reporting for the Programme. In addition, you will support the development of a communications strategy to engage effectively across Estates & Facilities and the wider institution, promoting a “one team” culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
