We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-led General Manager to take full operational responsibility for an ultra-prime residential estate in London. This is a senior on-site leadership role, accountable for delivering a discreet, five-star living experience for a high-net-worth resident community. The position requires a strong service ethos, commercial acumen and the ability to lead high-performing concierge and estate teams within a complex, high-expectation environment. The role will act as the guardian of service standards, brand reputation and long-term asset value, ensuring that all aspects of the estate operate seamlessly, safely and in line with best-in-class residential and hospitality benchmarks.
