Housing Association | North West | Hybrid Working 6-Month Contract | £200 per day

MRG is seeking an Interim Business Support Coordinator for a well-regarded housing association in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional with significant experience supporting Boards, Committees and senior leadership teams within a regulated environment.

The Role

  • Coordinating Board, Committee and Executive meetings
  • Preparing, collating and distributing meeting papers and agendas
  • Producing accurate minutes and tracking actions to completion
  • Maintaining governance records and statutory documentation
  • Supporting compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
  • Managing stakeholder communications with Board Members and Executive Directors
  • Ensuring governance processes are delivered efficiently and in line with best practice
  • Providing general business support across corporate services functions

About You

  • Previous experience supporting Boards and Committees within a housing association, local authority, regulated organisation or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and governance compliance requirements
  • Experience preparing Board papers, agendas and high-quality minutes
  • Excellent organisational and diary management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
