This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation renowned for its innovative approach to property management. This strategic role will focus on delivering exceptional operational management for a diverse mixed-use portfolio, driving best-in-class service delivery, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead teams, oversee asset performance, and shape the long-term strategy for portfolio excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic operational and property management plans.
- Oversee managing agents and service delivery partners to ensure excellence.
- Lead the management of public realm, commercial, and residential assets.
- Drive sustainability, ESG initiatives, and customer-focused operations.
- Mobilise new developments and manage seamless handovers.
- Act as the client’s strategic advisor on commercial property.
- Ensure compliance with all commercial leases and industry best practices.
- Lead and support business development efforts within the mixed-use department.
- Manage departmental budgets, fee raising, and collection.
- Represent the mixed-use team on the senior leadership team, providing strategic insight and reporting.
- Oversee the operational management of key sites, including a significant Grade A office component.
- Engage in day-to-day management of on-site teams, ensuring processes and procedures are effectively implemented.
- Collaborate with the internal business development team to win new business and manage existing client relationships.
- MRICS-qualified or with equivalent experience in property management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, mixed-use portfolios in senior strategic roles.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, customer experience strategies, and sustainability.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record in team and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-networked within the commercial property market.
