On behalf of our client, a leading investor, developer and operator in the student living sector, MRG Global is seeking to appoint an experienced Development Director to lead the delivery of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) projects across the UK.

This is an opportunity to shape and drive a high-impact development strategy, overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from feasibility through to operational handover. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, commercially successful assets that align with the client’s growth ambitions and values.

The Development Director will manage the Development team, report to the COO and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale developments, deep knowledge of the UK planning and design process, and a passion for sustainable, future-proof design.
