The business operates a large and varied estate, covering offices, active construction sites, and site-based accommodation such as site offices and temporary facilities. With a steady flow of property activity—including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals, negotiations, and ongoing site requirements—the successful candidate will take on a key role in managing and optimising the estate.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing a high volume of estate transactions across offices and site locations
  • Overseeing leasing activity, renewals, negotiations, and associated documentation
  • Supporting project and site teams with temporary accommodation and workplace needs
  • Advising on property strategy, occupancy planning, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agents / landlords
