A leading retail destination in Central London is seeking experienced Cleaning Managers to oversee large teams and maintain exceptional hygiene standards across its high-footfall retail and hospitality spaces.

About the Role

Management of a team of up to 50 staff, including Supervisors and Team Leaders, driving high performance, safety, and cleanliness standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone proactive, organised, and confident managing in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations
  • Lead and motivate large teams
  • Ensure hygiene and safety compliance
  • Identify and implement operational improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business

Shift Options & Package

Night Shift (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

  • Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM | 5 days over 7
  • Salary: £43,000

PM Shift (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

  • Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM | Monday–Friday
  • Salary: £49,000
