The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is working with a privately owned, international real estate investor to appoint a Head of Property Management for a large, geographically diverse portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for setting standards, governance and performance across a multi-asset property management platform operating across multiple regions.
The role provides strategic oversight of property management activity across a complex international portfolio. The focus is on ensuring consistency, compliance and commercial alignment, while allowing for local market requirements and regulatory frameworks. The position plays a key role in shaping global operating standards, managing agents and ensuring property management supports long-term asset performance and occupier outcomes.

- Setting and embedding global property management standards and governance frameworks
- Oversight of managing agents and service partners across multiple jurisdictions
- Service charge strategy, financial control and portfolio-level reporting
- Risk management, compliance and health and safety governance

About You – Qualifications and Experience
This role will suit a senior property management leader with the following profile:
- Proven senior leadership experience within property or estate management, ideally across multi-asset and multi-region portfolios
- Strong experience setting governance, operating standards and performance frameworks at scale
- Demonstrable expertise in service charge strategy, budgeting and financial control
- Extensive experience managing and influencing managing agents and supply chains
- Clear accountability for compliance, operational risk and health and safety
- Professional qualification in a relevant discipline (eg RICS) or equivalent senior-level experience
- Strong commercial awareness and the credibility to operate at executive or board level
