An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced operational leader to join a major life sciences and mixed-use campus development programme. This role will lead operational readiness, mobilisation and transition activities across new buildings, infrastructure and campus services, ensuring assets are fully prepared for live operation. Working across Estates, FM, Projects and external partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational integration within a complex and fast-paced environment.
Key Experience
- Operational readiness, mobilisation or transition experience
- Estates, facilities management or complex real estate environments
- Strong understanding of hard and soft FM operations
- Experience working alongside construction or development teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills
