A well-financed, international private family office is seeking to appoint an experienced Development Director to lead the delivery of Central London office projects, and in future across the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for leading the execution of major development projects and enhancement initiatives across the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio in Central London. While the role is currently focused on Central London, there will be potential to contribute to projects across other UK regions and targeted European markets as part of the firm’s longer-term strategy.

You will be an experienced leader with deep experience in delivering and managing major development, redevelopment and refurbishment projects and driving long-term value creation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial understanding of the London office market, along with the flexibility to support portfolio initiatives across other key UK regions and selected European markets as the business evolves.

The Development Director will report to the CEO and work closely with external teams and stakeholders.
