Working for a leading housing association in the West Midlands, MRG is seeking an experienced Interim Building Surveyor.

This role focuses on:

• Conducting residential property surveys
• Managing repairs and maintenance
• Addressing damp and mould issues

You’ll play a key part in ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building surveying within social housing
• Strong knowledge of repairs, damp and mould diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly
• MCIOB, MRICS qualified or working towards
