We are supporting a large public sector organisation with an Interim AD Maintenance for approximately 6 months whilst they make a permanent appointment. The role would cover all aspects of Hard FM delivery including all planned and reactive maintenance in addition to lifecycle works and refurbishments.
One of the key projects will be re-tendering and rationalising their external supply chain, so extensive experience in contract management and letting contracts in a client-side/end user capacity will be essential.
It is a varied estate with buildings ranging from art deco and Victorian age through to new builds and modern developments.
