About the client

The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Asset Investment Manager for a public sector housing organisation in Northampton.

Accountabilities

Lead asset investment team

Contracts management assets and estates management projects

Development of asset investment programmes

Work in partnership with asset strategy team

Manage property surveys for disrepair, planned/project works

Budgetary control and management of performance

Candidate Requirements

Recognised building and construction qualification

Experience delivering asset investment programmes

Leadership skills

Experience within social housing or similar
