A succesful deconstruction/demolition contractor are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Bid Coordinator to join their team and help manage the successful delivery of bids and tender submissions.

Working closely with the Bid Team Lead and colleagues across the business, you'll take ownership of the bid process from start to finish, juggling multiple opportunities at once.
This includes gathering information from stakeholders, writing and coordinating bid responses, managing deadlines, and helping to build and maintain the bid library.
Strong written English skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in and make things happen.
You'll also support post-tender activities, reviewing feedback and sharing insights with senior members of the business to help improve future submissions.
As part of the role, you'll use Canva to create professional, visually engaging documents that follow brand guidelines, so a good eye for design is important.
There will also be opportunities to visit sites in London and the surrounding areas as projects progress.
This role would suit someone with some exposure to bids who wants to develop their career further, or a graduate with some work experience, with a background in Journalism, English Literature, or English Language looking to move into the bid and business development world.
