Senior Graphic Designer

My client, a well-established London-based fit-out contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their team on a hybrid basis. This is a highly visible role focused on creating impactful, client-facing bid submissions, presentations, case studies, project profiles, and marketing materials that support the business's growth strategy. Working closely with the pre-construction, bid, and leadership teams, you'll take ownership of the visual development of tender documents, ensuring all content is presented to the highest standard and aligned with the company's brand. You'll also manage and evolve branded templates, create compelling infographics and graphics, and help maintain the company's digital presence across website and social media channels.
The successful candidate will be a creative and organised designer with strong experience producing high-quality documents in fast-paced environment and they are open to sector. You'll have advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and the wider Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to transform technical information into engaging visual content. Experience supporting bids, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral is highly desirable, alongside excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a growing contractor while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
