Reporting to the Operations Manager, this organisation is seeking an experienced and highly organised Interim Business Support Officer to provide essential business support across governance, reporting and operational administration.
The role is particularly focused on coordinating information, producing high-quality meeting minutes, and ensuring management and board reports are accurately prepared and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of minute taking for operational and governance meetings, ensuring actions are recorded and tracked.
- Support board meeting administration, including coordinating papers, reports and actions.
- Review, collate and present performance information received from the managing agent, highlighting key issues and trends.
- Assist in the preparation of management, operational and board reports.
- Manage the main company mailbox and coordinate incoming correspondence.
- Provide administrative support relating to contract monitoring and business operations.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records and payment documentation.
About You
- Proven experience in business support, governance, administration or reporting roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong experience of minute taking and managing complex information.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Experience within housing, local government or a regulated environment would be advantageous.
