What You'll Be Doing

  • Running a Section: Taking full ownership of your designated station during service.
  • Quality Control: Preparing and plating dishes to our exact standards, ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen is perfect.
  • Menu Input: Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to contribute ideas for daily specials and seasonal menu changes.
  • Food Safety: Maintaining impeccable hygiene standards and ensuring all HACCP and COSHH procedures are followed.
  • Mentorship: Assisting in the development and training of Commis Chefs and Apprentices.
