Founded by former professional cricketer Adam Rouse, the company operates fitness studios including F45 Old Street, F45 Liverpool Street, F45 Blackwall, F45 Palma, and FS8 Hoxton. At Makai, we focus on the principles of consistency, accountability, and community to help individuals reach their fitness goals. This is a part-time, on-site role based in London for an F45 Group Training Coach. The coach will lead group training sessions, focusing on functional fitness workouts designed by F45 Training. Responsibilities include:
