Makai Group is a Multi-Unit boutique fitness operator specialising in F45 Training and FS8 studios, with locations across London and Palma. Founded by former professional cricketer Adam Rouse, the company operates fitness studios including F45 Old Street, F45 Liverpool Street, F45 Blackwall, F45 Palma, and FS8 Hoxton. At Makai, we focus on the principles of consistency, accountability, and community to help individuals reach their fitness goals. We also collaborate with corporate partners to deliver structured wellness programs for their teams, creating opportunities for fitness-driven performance enhancement.
This is a part-time, on-site role based in London for an F45 Group Training Coach. The coach will lead group training sessions, focusing on functional fitness workouts designed by F45 Training.
Responsibilities include:- Creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Providing coaching and feedback to members
- Ensuring proper exercise form
- Delivering a high-energy experience
- Assisting with member engagement
- Maintaining cleanliness and equipment safety standards in the studio
- Supporting promotional events as needed
- Experience in fitness instruction, group training, and functional training methods
