We are seeking a proactive and organised IT Coordinator to support the organisation’s day‑to‑day technology operations, infrastructure, systems administration, security, and user support functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining reliable IT services, supporting staff productivity, and ensuring operational consistency across the business. This role requires a technically capable individual with strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple IT operational responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
Main Tasks Of Job
- Maintain and support the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365 platforms, Odoo ERP Solution, on‑premises servers (site and storage) and connectivity.
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support for users, devices, software, and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance, security, and operational reliability across business environments.
- Maintain IT assets, hardware inventory, software licensing, and device lifecycle records.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and internal departments on IT‑related matters.
- Support cybersecurity practices, endpoint protection, backup processes, and compliance standards.
- Assist with cloud services, storage systems, website administration, and business platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and IT process records.
- Manage and prioritise support requests through the helpdesk system and escalates issues where required.
- Support ongoing IT improvements, infrastructure changes, and operational projects.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 environments, Windows administration, networking fundamentals, IT security best practices, and device and user management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to create and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation and process guides.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
