    • Verify invoices, packing slips, and other documentation against delivered items, resolving any discrepancies with suppliers as necessary.
    • Coordinate with the chefs and procurement team to schedule deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
    • Ensure that proper storage conditions are maintained for perishable and non-perishable items.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Develop and implement inventory management procedures to accurately track and control stock levels.
    • Conduct weekly stock counts in STO and reconciliations to identify variances and maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Monitor inventory turnover, expiry dates, and shelf-life to minimize wastage and maximize productivity.
