This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support three senior Directors (Finance, Marketing & Retail, and HR) at a leading charity on a temporary basis for 8–12 weeks. The role will start ASAP, so please only apply if you are immediately available and free for the whole duration.

Key duties:

  • Managing busy inboxes for each Director, ensuring emails are prioritised and actioned appropriately
  • Coordinating complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and appointments
  • Organising travel, meetings, and other bookings
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at Director level
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Confident managing multiple diaries and inboxes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office
