We are seeking a high level Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a fast paced investment company on a temporary basis with immediate start!
You will
- Support Senior Executives with high level scheduling, travel and complex itineraries across time zones
- Coordinate events, offsites and other logistics
- Liaise extensively internally and externally with high profile stakeholders
- Oversee office operations for a small team
- Act as a point of contact for the leadership team
- We are seeking a tech savvy EA with experience in fast paced global professional services environments and the ability to provide a high level support in a fast paced environment.
The booking is for one month with a view to extend for up to 3 months.
