We are looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organised Team Assistant to join a professional corporate environment in the West End. This role would suit a well-rounded Team Assistant who can act as a reliable second pair of hands to support a busy team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and previous experience working within a corporate or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide diary management support for the team
- Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and meeting arrangements
- Greet and assist visitors, front-of-house experience
- Organise meetings, meeting rooms, and refreshments where required
- Place office and team orders as needed
- Create and format documents, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth team operations
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with diary management and meeting coordination
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Professional telephone manner and polished presentation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to support wherever needed
- Previous experience within a corporate environment is highly advantageous
