The Role

  • Supporting a team of three executives with busy and ever-changing diaries
  • Coordinating international travel, meetings, itineraries, and expenses
  • Managing scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Supporting with presentations, events, onboarding, and wider team coordination
  • Acting as a polished and welcoming point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Assisting with front‑of‑house/reception cover as part of a collaborative support team
  • Getting involved across the business and helping keep the office running smoothly day‑to‑day

About You

  • Previous Executive Assistant or Team Assistant experience within a fast‑paced, professional environment
  • Highly polished, warm, engaging, and confident communicating at all levels
  • Degree educated preferred
  • Organised, proactive, and naturally solutions‑focused
  • Happy working within a collaborative, hands‑on culture
  • Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and brings positive energy to the workplace
