We're recruiting for a fantastic Receptionist opportunity with a highly regarded investment firm based in beautiful offices in the West End of London.

As the Receptionist, you'll be the face of the business, welcoming investors, clients and visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This opportunity would suit someone early in career with some Reception or Front of House experience.
The role
- Managing the Reception area and providing a professional welcome for all visitors
- Meeting and greeting clients, investors and guests
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Preparing meeting rooms and refreshments
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and diary scheduling
- Booking travel, couriers and lunches
- Ordering stationery, office supplies and groceries
- Printing, binding and general office administration
- Assisting the wider admin team with a variety of administrative tasks and office projects

- Some experience in Reception or Front of House within a professional environment is essential

- Warm, personable and confident communicating with people at all levels
