We are looking for junior candidates with huge potential who are willing to work hard and provide a varied office assistant service in exchange for joining a friendly, dynamic, ambitious team and learn from the best!

If you have just a little office experience and a lot of potential with ambition to join the fast-paced world of private equity then this could be the perfect role for you! You will have good technical skills, be confident, presentable, well spoken, highly motivated, willing to work under pressure, and love being in the office with your team. On top of this you’ll receive amazing benefits, great learning opportunities and even most Fridays working from home!

You will look after the front-of-house, answer phones, set up for meetings, arrange lunches, greet clients, create documents, support the EAs and be the go-to person for everything office-related!

What you’ll do:

  • Be the go-to person to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Answer calls, take messages and liaise with clients
  • Host visitors, clients and guests
  • Place food and drink orders for the team
  • Arrange team events
