We are recruiting a graduate-level Property Manager for a leading residential Property Management company based in Norfolk or surrounding areas. You will benefit from remote working, along with site visits and regular trips to the London office to collaborate with your team. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who wants to build a successful and lucrative career in property! You will be given full training, so no experience necessary!

The role
- Comprehensive training will be given on all of the below duties
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential sites in Norfolk
- Client Relations: Primary point of contact for leaseholders
- Oversight of budgets, expenditure, and fees
- Regular site visits
- Attend AGMs and client meetings to liaise and address concerns
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in property management laws and regulations, ensuring all managed properties adhere to current standards
- Work closely with the wider team across Norfolk and London
