Private Client Solicitor (Director)
Brighton or London | £55k-£65k (based on location and experience) + bonus + equity path
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing boutique firm with a loyal HNW client base. They’re now looking for a senior Private Client Solicitor to lead the department. If you're ready to make your mark, drive strategy, and handle high-value estates and trusts — this is your move.
The role
- Advise HNW and UHNW individuals on complex estate planning, trusts, and tax-efficient wealth structuring
- Draft and oversee the preparation of wills, lifetime trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and other related documents
- Manage trust administration, including creation, compliance, and termination
- Deliver bespoke inheritance tax and capital gains tax advice
