An exceptional opportunity for a polished and highly capable Personal Assistant to join a high-performing investment environment, supporting two senior Directors and providing a wide range of additional private PA support to UHNWI leaders.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, suited to someone who is naturally proactive, detail-focused, and confident managing both business and personal matters with discretion and precision.

The Role

  • PA support to two senior Directors, managing diaries, travel, and day-to-day coordination
  • Work closely with Senior PA to provide support across complex private and business matters
  • Exposure to UHNWI support including personal administration, travel, lifestyle coordination, and financial matters
  • Assisting with payments, expenses, and general financial administration
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and ensuring a seamless, high-standard level of support

About You

  • Solid experience as a PA within a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Exposure to private/UHNWI support
  • Comfortable handling financial matters such as payments, expenses, or basic reporting
  • Exposure to areas such as VAT returns, bookkeeping, or systems such as QuickBooks would be advantageous
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident thinking ahead
  • Discreet, polished, and professional in approach
