An exceptional opportunity for a polished and highly capable Personal Assistant to join a high performing investment company, supporting two senior Directors while also working closely with the PA to the CEO & CIO to run a wide range of interesting private and business PA projects.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, suited to a collaborative and hard-working PA who enjoys varied projects and being part of a high performing support team, with a no job too big or small attitude.
The Role
- Direct PA support to two senior Directors, managing diaries, travel, and day-to-day coordination
- Work closely with Senior PA to support a high volume of business and private projects for the company Founders
- Support and autonomously manage projects for UHNWI leaders including travel, lifestyle coordination, finances and more
- Finance duties including; making payments, reconciling accounts, gathering Tax and VAT information for submissions and general financial administration
About You
- Solid experience as a PA within a fast-paced, professional environment
- Exposure to private/UHNWI support
- Comfortable handling financial matters such as payments, expenses, or basic reporting
- Exposure to Financial administration such as: Invoice processing, arranging payments, payroll, VAT and Tax returns or other relevant finance experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system - highly advantageous
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Proactive, solutions-focused and agile in your approach
- Discreet, polished, and professional in approach
