Marketing Executive – Events
9 -month FTC
Part-time 3 or 4 days a week considered
Hybrid, London office 1 – 2 days office based
£35k full time equivalent £21,000 3 day week/ £28,000 4 day week
We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Marketing Executive for an initial 12 month FTC. The role of Marketing Executive will be to primarily support Marketing the launch of a new series of events taking place across England and Wales. The programme of events will be both in person seminars and webinars, and as Marketing Executive you will be responsible for their promotion along with supporting with the wider marketing team in marketing of other global events.
Key duties:
- Lead the planning and implementation of the marketing campaign for the new England and Wales event portfolio
- Working closely with the events team and the project group to ensure all event information is available and that sponsors are well represented.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns for product areas to increase engagement and drive profit via
- sponsorship and upgrades.
- Use analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance and review impact/success.
- Produce excellent marketing copy and work with designers to update marketing assets.
Skills and experience required:
- Solid experience of running marketing campaigns for events
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Proven experience of email marketing
- Experience of using CRM and email marketing systems to deliver highly targeted campaigns
- Knowledge of social media marketing tools
- First class communication skills
