About the Role

We are looking for a highly reliable, proactive and personable Team Assistant / Office Assistant / Front of House professional to provide essential day-to-day support across the team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being the extra pair of hands in a busy professional environment — covering front-of-house duties, general office administration, and ad hoc PA support for the wider team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience within financial services, though professional services or another corporate setting will also be considered. Above all, we are looking for someone dependable, organised, helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of house & office support: Welcoming clients and visitors, managing calls, preparing and booking meeting rooms, keeping shared spaces stocked and presentable, and handling general office admin (supplies, printing, scanning).
  • Team Assistant / PA support: Diary management, travel coordination, and ad hoc administrative support, including help with roadshows and team events.
  • International team support: Liaising with colleagues in the US to coordinate meetings and communication between the UK and US teams.

  • Reliable, organised and service-oriented, with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and confident with clients, visitors and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced corporate environment, flexible across a broad range of tasks
  • A strong communicator, confident using standard Microsoft Office applications
