Team Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting a busy executive team while also helping to ensure the office runs smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is confident rolling up their sleeves, equally happy welcoming clients and preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating office operations, as they are managing diaries and providing executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to executives.
  • Diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Organising and setting up meetings.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring an exceptional front‑of‑house experience.
  • Preparing and clearing meeting rooms.
  • Coordinating office maintenance and resolving day‑to‑day office issues.
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining the smooth running of the office.
  • Responding to urgent requests from the executive team.
  • Supporting the wider team with ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks.
  • The Ideal Candidate
  • 5–10 years of experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Receptionist or Office Coordinator role.
  • Ideally experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management, Investment, Private Client or Consultancy environments (strongly preferred, although not essential).
  • Polished, professional and highly organised.
  • Engaging, personable and proactive, with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Well‑spoken, confident and comfortable in a client‑facing environment.
  • Happy to take on a broad range of responsibilities, from executive support to office coordination.
