About the Personal Assistant Role
Personal Assistant / Founder's Assistant to support the Founder of a dynamic and fast-growing creative agency working across fashion, beauty, culture, and lifestyle. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven, aiming to enable the smooth running and continued growth of the business.
As a Personal Assistant / Founder's Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative, organisational, and operational support to the Founder, ensuring day-to-day priorities are managed efficiently, schedules are maintained, and key tasks and projects stay on track. You will thrive in a varied environment and take ownership of responsibilities while anticipating needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive daily support to the Founder
- Managing complex calendars, diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinating schedules to ensure priorities are effectively managed
- Supporting the Founder in maintaining focus on strategic and business-critical tasks
- Tracking project timelines, deadlines, and action items
- Managing communications, follow-ups, and reminders
- Handling personal errands and personal diary management where required
- Overseeing office and studio organisation to ensure a well-functioning workspace
- Managing logistics including deliveries, couriers, and general coordination
- Ensuring the Founder's day runs smoothly and efficiently
- Proactively identifying issues and implementing practical solutions
Skills & Experience Required
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and able to anticipate needs
- Experienced in managing diaries, schedules, and competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Confident handling confidential information with discretion
- Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant (EA), or similar support role is highly desirable.

Working Arrangement
