The Role- PA support to two senior Directors, managing diaries, travel, and day-to-day coordination
- Work closely with Senior PA to provide support across complex private and business matters
- Exposure to UHNWI support including personal administration, travel, lifestyle coordination, and financial matters
- Assisting with payments, expenses, and general financial administration
- Supporting ad hoc projects and ensuring a seamless, high-standard level of support
- Solid experience as a PA within a fast-paced, professional environment
- Exposure to private/UHNWI support
- Comfortable handling financial matters such as payments, expenses, or basic reporting
- Exposure to areas such as VAT returns, bookkeeping, or systems such as QuickBooks would be advantageous
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident thinking ahead
- Discreet, polished, and professional in approach
