We are hiring for a PA/Admin role for a small successful wealth management company in London, Victoria.
The role:
- PA/Admin support to the leadership team
- Client Liaison: Onboarding and welcome calls, check account status, chase missing documents, set up files etc.
- Create documentation, including spreadsheets, agendas, correspondence and decks
- Log and check documentation across various systems
- Support with social media marketing
- Arrange meetings, book restaurants, answer phones, schedule events etc.
You:
- Strong administrative skills and highly organised
- Advanced MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Confident, polished and comfortable liaising with clients
- Previous experience in a similar admin role within a corporate environment
