Are you the kind of person who makes an office just work β the go-to for new starters, suppliers, and the small stuff that keeps everyone else's day running smoothly? A mission-led organisation in London is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their People & Culture team on a temporary basis.
This is a hands-on, varied role at the heart of the employee experience β onboarding new joiners, keeping the office ticking over, and being the friendly first point of contact for all things workplace-related.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding β kit, systems access, inductions, the works
- Managing office facilities, suppliers, and day-to-day upkeep
- Supporting health & safety compliance and record-keeping
- Helping organise travel logistics and internal events/away days
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a facilities, office, or administrative coordination role
- A safe pair of hands with suppliers, logistics, and multiple moving parts
- Sharp organisational skills and real attention to detail
- A warm, approachable manner β you'll be a familiar face for staff queries
- Proactive by nature β you spot the gap before it becomes a problem
The details:
- 12-week temporary contract, 20 hours/week
- Ideally structured as 4 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Fully office-based, London
- Reporting into the HR team
- Β£20 per hour
