Manager Temporary Service Providers (Resource Management) – Consultancy

Permanent | Hybrid | Β£75,000 - Β£80,000 + bonus + benefits Location: London or any European office

We're working with a leading global consulting firm to recruit an experienced EMEA Temporary Service Provider Manager with a background in resource management and contingent workforce governance.

This is a strategic role, sitting at the intersection of Operations, Legal, Procurement and Consulting, ensuring external consultants are engaged efficiently, compliantly and commercially across multiple jurisdictions.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to oversee the end-to-end temporary service provider lifecycle, from onboarding and compliance through to supplier management, governance and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the management of external consultant and Temporary Service Provider programmes across EMEA.
  • Partner with senior business leaders, Legal, Procurement, HR and Operations.
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure contractor onboarding and engagement processes are compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee governance, policies and operational controls relating to external resources.
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Monitor utilisation, reporting, contractor data and programme performance.
  • Support commercial decision making through workforce and supplier insight.
  • Person Spec
  • A strong understanding of contractor compliance, employment legislation and governance, ideally gained within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Solid Resource Management (Temporary or Contractor) experience within Consulting or Professional Services
  • Vendor and Supplier Management

Experience within consulting, legal, Big Four, professional services or another project-based environment would be particularly beneficial.
