Junior EA Role with Reception duties

Fixed Term Contract (10 months)

This is a brilliant role for an Assistant with a combination of Team Assistant and Reception experience who is looking to move into the fast-paced world of Tech investments! The company offers stunning offices, an incredible working environment, in-house chef, fascinating exposure to the startup and tech world, and a genuinely warm, collaborative culture!

The Role

  • Supporting a team of three executives with busy and ever-changing diaries
  • Coordinating international travel, meetings, itineraries, and expenses
  • Managing scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Supporting with presentations and agendas
  • Acting as a polished and welcoming point of contact for guests, visitors and deliveries
  • Supporting with events and visitor management

About You

  • Previous Team Assistant & Reception experience
  • Highly polished, warm, engaging, and confident communicating at all levels
  • Degree educated preferred
  • Organised, proactive, and naturally solutions-focused
  • Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and brings positive energy to the workplace
