We’re seeking a highly organised Governance and Committee Executive to support the delivery of governance activities across boards, committees, and regional structures. You’ll play a key role in ensuring effective governance processes, supporting senior stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of administration, communication, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Support governance activities, ensuring compliance with policies and best practice
- Coordinate annual elections, including communications, record-keeping, and stakeholder liaison
- Assist with the delivery of hybrid/virtual AGMs
- Provide high-quality committee support, including minute-taking, meeting coordination, and action tracking
- Maintain accurate governance records, databases, and documentation
- Support committee recruitment processes, ensuring inclusive practices
- Manage queries and communications, delivering excellent stakeholder service
- Proven experience in a governance, committee, or similar administrative role
- Experience supporting AGMs or large-scale meetings (virtual/hybrid)
- Experience coordinating elections or structured selection processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written communication and minute-taking skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Experience in a membership, regulatory, legal, or professional body
- Knowledge of governance best practice
